He is a founding partner of BS&A, where he has been practicing since 1977, primarily in the areas of commercial and tax law.

He was educated at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.

He is currently a member of the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Pordenone and is also registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors held by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive experience in corporate and tax planning transactions across the industrial, commercial, services, and agricultural sectors, providing advisory and assistance services in the organization and acquisition of businesses and companies, as well as in contractual matters.

Throughout his long professional career, he has advised and worked alongside entrepreneurs, companies, and public entities in the execution of significant extraordinary transactions. One of these transactions earned him recognition by TOP LEGAL magazine in March 2017.

He has advised professional sports clubs in an international context.

He acts as a court-appointed expert, including assignments as Court Technical Expert (CTU) and Party-Appointed Technical Expert (CTP).

He also assists clients in inheritance and succession matters and, more generally, in the planning and management of business and personal wealth succession and generational transfer.
