He is a founding partner of BS&A, where he has been practicing for over thirty years. He graduated in Economics and Business Administration in 1985 from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

Over the years, he has acquired substantial experience in the following areas:

• business, tax, and accounting advisory services for industrial and commercial enterprises;

• extraordinary corporate advisory transactions, including mergers, transformations, capital contributions, and demergers;

• incorporation of partnerships and corporations, including the drafting of articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, and assistance with all related civil and tax compliance requirements;

• acquisitions and leases of businesses, transfers of shareholdings, including related valuation reports and contractual assistance.

Based on the experience gained, he has developed particular expertise in accounting and tax advisory services for the construction, real estate, agriculture, and road transport sectors.

He serves as a statutory auditor and statutory audit board member for leading companies operating in the industrial, tourism, manufacturing, and services sectors.
